Meet the Team

Mark H. Forstenhausler is a three-time Mayor and has served Randolph since 1995, when he joined Millbrook Fire Company 2. Mark is an Eagle Scout and graduate of Montclair State University. Recently retired, Mark and his wife Susan live in the Millbrook section of Randolph with their daughter. 

Lou Nisivoccia served as Mayor in 2023 and as Deputy Mayor in 2022. Lou is a graduate of Randolph schools and Cornell University and is the founder and managing director of Nisivoccia Consulting. Lou is a lifelong Randolph resident, he and his wife Jackie live in Ironia with their two children. 

Denise has served on the Randolph Township Council since 2024. A graduate of Norwich University, Denise is recently retired from the Morris County Sheriff's Office. Denise and her husband, Scott, have been Randolph residents for 18 years and live in Ironia with their two children and bulldog. 

Travis looks forward to continuing to serve our community on the Randolph Township Council. Travis currently serves on the Recreation Advisory Committee and has served on the Parks Committee and Wildlife Management Advisory Committee. Travis and his wife, Desi, have been Randolph for 11 years, and live in Center Grove with their two sons and a dog.
